Nature Spirit problem

Hey!

I've been away from runescape since about 8 months and i started playing it again today and noticed nature spirit was not completed. As I started continuing to do it, i remembered why i never finished it. When I talk to Filiman he asks for three things, 'Something with faith', 'Something of nature', and 'something of a spirit-to-become freely given'. I've goten the 'something of nature' so i'm just missing the other two. If i go to Drezel he will not bless me, instead he simply asks me if I have everything i need or something like that. I examined the druid spell thing and it did not give me the spirit-to-become component. Any advice? I've tried doing everything i can think of and i've consulted the quest walkthroughs on the stie.

7. Filliman will talk about his journal. To find this, search the Grotto, and then speak with him again. Filliman will talk about becoming a Nature Spirit. He will give you a druid spell and tell you that he needs three things:

 

* Something with faith:

Go to Drezel and ask if he can bless you, he will tell you that you are the "something with faith". After that go back to Filliman's island.

 

* Something of nature:

Cast the druid spell near some of the rotting logs. When you've done that, pick a fungus up, and head back to Filliman.

 

* Something of a spirit-to-become freely given:

This is your spell. Nothing much to say about that.

 

8. Then search the 3 stones on the ground around Filliman and use the fungus on the nature stone, the spell paper on the spirit stone, and stand on top of the faith stone yourself. Speak with Filliman and say that you have figured out the puzzle. He will cast a spell, and become a nature spirit. Enter the Grotto, and click the "search Grotto" option right in the middle and Filliman will appear. Talk to him.

 

Simple.

I did the something of nature first, now when I go to Drezel he doesn't bless me...any advice??

1) Have you check the in-game quest guide. What does it say you need to do? You might of got blessed before you quit and forgot.

2) Did you go through all dialogue options with Drezel?

3) Are you speaking to the right NPC? Drezel is the priest in the dungeon area used to cross the Salve into the whole morytannia area.

1) Yes I did, it's not very useful it just tells me to drop the spell on one stone, the fungus on another stone and place myself on the third one. But then the old man says i'm missing something of faith

2) Yes I did, it doesn't give me any options to say anything so all i can click is 'continue' at the bottom

Have you talked with Filliman about the faith item? (perhaps you missed the dialogue tht tells you to ask drezel about it?)

Have you started any of the other quests that use Drezel (theres one or two others in which he is involved and sometimes one quest can "lock out" another)

This problem can easily be fixed, thank goodness for that. :) I've had the same problem, and I can say that most players have. After raging and raiding Quest "help" sites, I spotted one small sentence that could actually help you progress through this quest. Easy to miss and easy to ignore, especially if you are as impatient as I am ;).

 

So, firstly, don't bother going back to Drezel or talking to Filliman again ... and again ... and again =_=. No! Ignore that old fool.

 

To put it simply, all you must do is stand on the orange stone "while" and I repeat "WHILE" you are talking to Filliman or else the puzzle won't be "COMPLETE"!

 

Once standing on the orange stone select the dialogue that says you've completed the puzzle. Filliman will do his magic trick and he will "finally" be able to become a nature spirit, and you will able to access the grotto.
