I have vista every program I run usualy says what it is. I clicked no.

Avira seems to have updated around the time I got this. Nondescript messages :wall:

Still, Avira asked me to do the upgrade, it didn't do it by itself, it asked to download the new version using download.com. It may be a non-dangerous program as much as it may be a dangerous one.
