In the guide for "The Restless Ghost" quest, it is stated that the Skeleton Warlock is level 13. I just did this quest, and the Skeleton Warlock is in fact level 11. NOT 13.

I can confirm this, Even Jagex didn't update their Quest Start info in it :|
