I am currently playing through a dungeon. This dungeon can seemingly not be finished. I have 2 doors to open: 1 of them needs a silver triangle key and the other has this ferret puzzle.

I do not have a silver triangle key, nor does my partner. It can't be found on the floor.

For the ferret puzzle, the Tip.It guide says I need to catch a fish and cook it. Catching a fish isn't a problem, cooking it, however, is. I need 87 cooking to cook the fish. I have 54 cooking, and my partner has 32 cooking.

 

Because I am unable to complete the ferret puzzle, I cannot finish the dungeon.

 

Can this be solved?

is there a second ferret puzzle in the dungeon with a fire that requires a lower cooking level?

if there is you can take cooked fish from there.

No, there is just 1 ferret puzzle.

Then either you missed a key or you have to restart :)

You don't need to use the fire in the room, build your own, maybe it will help?

The fish requires 87 cooking, not the fire itself. Perhaps you can try using boosting potions, or is it too high for it?

 

Anyways, about the silver triangle key, it probably re-locked itself as a glitch, or you didn't completely check all red dots.

 

(Yes I know you probably already quit the dungeon, but it's just handy advice.)

If you mean you could not finish the dungeon as in killing the boss, it was probably the bug. But if you mean you couldn't clear all the rooms - then you need better cooking levels and that is intended.

Oh yea...

 

In that case, the silver triangle key was in the room after completing the ferret puzzle room (which sadly remained incomplete). Sorry... :mellow:
