I have lvl 91 str. I currently training at sos giant spiders. I'm wondering if there are any faster methods than this. Little profit is also nice. Other stats in sig.

Unfortunately, Giant Spiders are really the best and only way to train combat at your level.

 

But if you don't want to use up so much food, flesh crawlers are a nice alternative, at the cost of slightly less exp.

Cockroach soldiers

I know soldiers and like the drops but they're kinda slow in xp

Well there aren't really much mobs to kill in F2P for good xp. I think you should stick to giant spiders in the security stronghold for the best xp. You won't profit from there though.

Wouldn't training in clan wars with a friend work faster?

B4 I ever got members, and b4 RS2. I trainned non stop in the wildy,if you don't like it there try and the Ice warriors / Giants south of Fally. Big bones and natures some laws, gems and gp. Enjoy.
