Can i use tip it guides on my site and at the bottom of each guide saying its from tip it?

As for using our content, we do have a policy in place that no exceptions are made for. Unfortunately, it is not permitted to use our content elsewhere online, but you are free to link to our guides anywhere on your website. We have some Link to Us Buttons available as well if you're interested in using those to link to us. I'll quickly quote this section from our FAQ page of the website.

 

6. Can I use the Tip.It Guides or Content on my website?

 

Our content belongs to us exclusively and falls under our copyright. This is mentioned at the bottom of every page. Copying any of our content is a criminal offense and will be dealt with promptly on a case by case basis. We do not allow the use of our content on another website, even if there is a link back to us and an acknowledgment to us as the source. You are free to link to us from your website to direct your users to our information, but not copy it.

 

The main reason behind this policy is that all content writers, users and staff, past and present alike all wrote their bit(s) of content with the impression that it would be exclusively used on Tip.It, for Tip.It. We do not have their permission to use it elsewhere, and doing so without their permission would be dishonest. For this reason, content at Tip.It should be enjoyed exclusively at Tip.It.

If one were to acquire permissions from all the credited people, would they be allowed to use the guides then? :P

Not without prior approval from the administration, though they would probably say no anyways to keep our content on our site exclusively.
