If you speak witht the tooth fairy after the quest, (she is found next to the queen) you can recieve a tooth pet. She requires teeth from, (and in this order), a kebbit, a suqah, an old tooth, monkey dentures, and a human child's tooth. I'm not sure where to find all of the teeth.

Ok.. if u just ask her, she tells you where to find most of these. the old tooth is to be found "an archeological area"...she says nothing about the child's tooth.

 

 

 

nvm I looked around the site and found info in items database on teeth. i think you should add something to the quest guide though. thx

Yes, we're in the process of adding it to the quest guide, we're just getting higher priority things done first, I'll get that added tonight. Thanks!
