you can get junk from anywhere

junk is anything that won't sell on GE

 

Don't bother going out of your way to collect junk. You either have it or you don't.

it may be worthwhile to making ranging mixes(2) though, and sell that as junk with loans, but only if you're interested in herblore xp, as this method won't net you profit.

True, but it is way cheaper than regular herby xp.

 

Anyway, you can get junk by buying a rising item.

or you can get junk by maniping some random item on the ge to 3x its real cost then dumping it, like poison ivy seeds.
