A few questions

 

How do I get armor? By raiding others? Doesn't that make them mad and them raid u back

 

Is praciticing the best xp?

 

How do i defend myself because everytime I come back on it says I have been raided because no defenses were present

You get armor by invading/exploring wild lands, finding treasure such as Bronze box and opening them.

 

When your legends are high level, 40 and above it is a good idea to practice over night, special paradises in the day; for the low level legends invade wild lands.

 

You need to go into the Parade ground click defense and set some legends for anti invade and anti conquest to ride out.
