There's nothing really to rate here so I'm going to redirect you to the Post all RS Screenshots, Videos and Sounds here sticky. The Rate This forum is for rating stats, outfits, banks, level-ups, and other achievements. There's nothing to rate in the screenshot you provided other than arguably the amount of time since you last logged in, but it still doesn't really suit the purpose of this forum. I think it would be better suited in the sticky that I linked you to, so feel free to repost it there :)
