What exactly is the difference between normal and master horn?

Penance master horn lasts for more experience than the regular penance horn, and it performs emotes for the roles you've earned master level.

Does that mean the master horn gives you more xp per charge or just holds more in total?

I think it lasts longer for the same amount of time spent playing.
