Recently, like 75% of the time when I load Runescape I will get disconnected.

I have to go to control panel > network connections and Disable and re-enable my local area connection to restore internet connection.

 

Is there anyway to solve this?

 

Edit: added: This only happens the first time I load RS when I start using the computer, after I disable and enable its fine.

What exactly happens, does your internet just stop working completely? Some more information would be useful, like is it a wired or wireless connection? Is it just RuneScape that causes the disconnection problems or do other things do it as well, like downloading things from the internet? Have you got any other online games that you can try to see if the problem persists? Have you got any possible software (or malware) that's on your computer which is set to kick you off the internet when you start playing?
