Do they have to be in (3) doses to make into extremes?

Just wondering if I should decant all of mine into (4) or save them in (3) for later levels. Thanks

I had to have them in threes when I did Super Anitfires, I'm not sure what it's lke for the others, though.

All extreme potions require (3) potions. Everything from Recover Specials and up to Overloads.

The herbalist in Nardah will change 4-dose potions into 3's, so you can use that when you get to the level you need.
