The description reads: Increases Attack/Defence by 15%, in addition to 15% of your opponent's Attack/Defence. Also increases Strength by 23%, in addition to 10% of your opponent's Strength.

 

So, by the description I assume that all the effects are immediate. Is that so or it takes time to have the full effect, as with the sap and leech curses?

First hit is the base bonus, second hit and onwards is the base + 10% of you opponents stats. Don't Spec first hit.

Drops: Black Mask.

Clue rewards: Sara Plate, 2 Robins, Some other random stuff.

Yeah, that's pretty annoying, allthough I think you keep having the full bonus when you immediately attack another monster (and keep wielding the same weapon). When you switch to claws however between kills, you certainly lose your extra %. (can anyone confirm you don't loose it if you keep whipping?)

I don't have Turmoil, and always thought it was +10% of your opponents stats. Rereading the OP, I'm wrong. My bad :zaru

 

In response to Bedman, i'm gonna go watch some of stokenut's vids, and see what happens.

Yes it takes a while to kick in, usually the first or second hit.
