Anyone know with/without pot/wolpertinger or with/without prayer?

Seeing as it's 30% with SoL+Arcane Stream, +21% from X Magic, +20% from Augury, that's 71% boost total.

 

300 x 1.71 = 513

 

So the max hit of Ice Barrage is 513

So the max hit of ice barrage with nothing else at 99 mage is 300?

And I always though augury boosted accuracy not strength.

I think it'd be 300 * 1.15 * 1.15 * 1.21, which is 480.

 

I've seen people hit around 519 (last number in the 500s I remember seeing) with fire surge in kuradel's dungeon which would be..

Wrong, it's 280 * 1.30 * 1.15 * 1.21. For some reason the 2 15% boosts from staff and necklace get added up (says 30% when you look at equip screen), while the others are stacked in a multiplier.

 

Max I've hit with ice barrage, Sol, stream necklace and overloads (which is max you can do besides castle wars I think) is 471.

 

In slayer, with fire surge, I've hit 553 as best hit.
