June 11, 201016 yr Okay I got my mac a good 2-3 years ago, And it still has the basic Mac OS 10.4.11 It really really sucks. I need 10.5 to do anything now (newer apps, games aka TF2) And I was goign to buy a copy of 10.6 at a software convention but my dad wouldnt let me. Any advice where to get software? I need 10.5.8+

June 11, 201016 yr Online or at your local computer store. I don't know if the big electronics stores have it (don't have one here) but our small, locally owned one has it. June 12, 201016 yr Author Thanks for all the replies! ^.^ So it would seem 10.6 is the way to go haha. And if its only 30 bucks thats good for me :) Some lady tried to sell me 10.5 for 50$ 2 months ago at a computer fair lol. Thanks for the link as well. Theres a Apple store about 20 minutes from me :)
