Get Windowblinds (or even the entire Object Desktop package) from Stardock.com, then go to Wincustomize.com to download themes.

It costs a bit, but It's well worth it. I've had it for several years now, and am planning on continuing to renew my subscription for as long as it exists.

The shareware version of Windowblinds is limited. The full version skins many more elements.
