There is a song i remember that i think was made near end of 1990. It's a song with a blond boy with dreadlocks going around in Music video who has a remote who can time stop, make people do what they are doing backwards and forwards.

 

I think break dance is also involved. It's pretty cool song but i can't just remember how to find it without the name!
