and a other site says that is in a regicide area but i dont have completed regicide only underground pass, can i do the clue now ?????

As long as you meet the requirements to start Regicide (look here for requirements), you can start the quest to enter the area and do your clue.

Remember, the SEARCH button is your friend. Use it!

Most likely. Make sure to bring food, anti-poison and tele runes if you are new to that area. Even at 60 agility I fail traps sometimes.
