Zaaps1
The best way, I've always said, is rock lobsters. An expensive face value, to be sure, but the huge amount of summoning, magic, and hitpoints xp you get from it far outweighs the risk and the cost. There's really no better way to train magic that offers so many benefits and is cheap considering all the benefits. I suppose you could plank-make or alch. But those aren't as fun, are slower (for alching at least), and provide less overall xp. ~It's Super Effective! Alternatively, you could superheat iron ore/gold ore (gold is more expensive but better smithing exp *use gold gaunts*), string ammies, plank make (click intensive), alch (boring and slow), or stun and alch at the same time (fast and relatively cheap exp, but click intensive). There are tons of options, but bursting is probably the best.
