Hi,It's been along time since I've posted images on the forums,So I'm sorry in advanced.But I'm going to post a full size image as I'm not so confident with uploading images at 40 x 40 pixels,however I've made the image into a .Png format for you people.

Basically what it is I've noticed the 'Medical Cross' which is normally a red colour like it is in the old image has changed to a green colour in the game.

For some reason the image for medical things these days has changed from a red cross which it used to be to a green cross these days so I expect runescape is just keeping up with the trend.
