Indirect Lighting

HDR. All the lighting comes from that ray of light except for a tiny amount of fill I got from this weak florescent light nearby. Lots of people have probably already seen this, but I didn't get enough comments on dA. :-P

I had problems keeping the colors consistent when I merged and adjusted it in PS. Yes, I booted up Windows. For the first time in about five months. And it broke after one boot. Way to go Windows! (I got it fixed again though)

So, c/c and stuff?

Yeah I kind of like tonemaps. But my overuse of the dodge brush made the color kind of inconsistent. :|

And I suppose that if I want comments on my photography, I should comment on other people's stuff too. Occurred to me after posting this. :-P

I disagree with Felix, I like the composition. Lots of lines to lead your eyes around the image. I do find the use of small light at the bottom interesting.

I had the leading lines and rule of thirds in mind when adjusting the composition, I would have taken it from higher up if I had a way to do it (My tripod is broken). To take this I had to hold it still on a table just below waist height and adjust the exposure manually. Needless to say there are a lot of outtakes.

IMO I'm sort of evolving from minimalism, which I still like of course (Who doesn't?) to more detailed pictures where I still have things under control. That's where I'd like to be.
