What does "prestige run" mean?

Featured Replies

Hi. First off, I'm level 78 dungeoneering, so I know how and when to reset my ring.

That being said, can someone explain to me what a "prestige run" is? I see people advertising it in the dungeoneering lobby and it doesn't make any sense to me.

I even ask the people who say it and they don't even know what it means...

"F18-22 prestige run1!1"

Why not just say "F18-22"? Is the "prestige run" really necessary? And if you're trying to say you're gonna finish those floors as fast as possible so you can reset, say F18-22 RUSH, not prestige run. RUSH makes more sense because it tells people that "we're gonna speed through these floors, so be ready." "Prestige run"? What's that supposed to mean.

Please and thank you.

I'm under the impression that rush means 5:5 or 4:4, stuff like that. So prestige run would then be something like 1:5 or 2:5.

How can you set it to 5-man difficulty if you only have 1 or 2 people in the party?

Or perhaps you meant 5:1, 5:2

I think prestiege run means c1.

I think prestiege run means c1.

Teams slow you down in complexity 1.

Yes, that's what I was thinking. In addition you'd have to reset your C after every floor (unless you mean start at 1 and continue up from there).

You start at 1 and go up to 4. Usually you do in 4 man groups, and on 4:1 difficulty. You solo the floor yourself every 4 floors, while the rest of people leech. Quite afkable as most of the time you only need to be there for the boss and to press end dung.
