July 6, 201015 yr You can bank it and wait until you have the levels to complete it, spend an hour finding 2-4 to assist you in completing it or trade it in at the varrokc museum for a 5k lamp. If you plan on ever getting up to those levels, you'll be glad you saved them, so i'd do that, although i'm not one to listen(though i do bank effigies i can soup up to the levels).
