July 6, 201015 yr Quite simple. Go back to the mine and re-mine that crystal. String it for a normal salve amulet. And here's the trick, instead of going through that hellhole of a dungeon again you can find Tarn's Diary in your bookshelf at your POH. Just use the diary on the amulet again and it will become enchanted.However if you do not have a bookshelf in your POH I guess you could just slayer ring teleport back into Tarn's Lair and get it again. Slayer ring brings you very close to where the diary is.
