I think there's a couple things that could be added to the quest. Perhaps under Tips & Tricks or just in ( )'s.

 

Step 2. The Wise Old Man actually gives you 100 house teletabs. You only need to chip and modify 1 leaving you with 99 extra to keep

 

As a 'tip', during the battle, I didn't use a guide so I only had 1 combat style with me. So I ended up having to leave the house to get more than 1 combat style. Once The Wise Old Man teleported me to the G.E., I used 1 of the teletabs Dionysius gave me to teleport to my house (which just happens to be in Rimmington), exited my house and chipped a new tab to get back.
