ok soo on my pure im 95 magic and i want to get it 99 as fast as possible ... i would like to know the fastest ways ... the cost... and how long will it take ... and the best gear

Can't really help you on cost, but for mad fast xp, you can always try barraging at sw on themed world.

 

Aside from that, stringing is widely used as a fast training method.

 

Both of these are quite costly.

Rock Lobsters are fast and fairly cheap for all the benefits.

As said above, any type of Ancients magiks would just kill in the XP, but also in cost (millions of gp). Stringing ammies I hear is good xp, although I don't know the cost or xp exactly.

 

You could always try fire bolting/waving iron/steel dragons for slower xp. But I don't think it's nearly as costly as ancients, plus there is always the chance of a dragon drop/visage. If you want to know how I got to 99 magic, it was through waving at iron dragons and high alching. Slower, but saved me some cash in the end.

Also a method not commonly said is stunning on the default mage book. If you are using sc equipments then you can get as high as about 100k exp per hour. Otherwise it is about 75kish per hour. As for the cost if you use a mystic mud staff it should cost no more than about 2mil and no more than 3 mil. For the equipment you want as low a mage bonus as possible so full rune or such would be preferrable.
