July 20, 201015 yr The RuneScoop Guide is a pretty good read. While I'm not sure how it changes for F2P, I suggest that you rush all of the "low" floors on complexity 1 until you get to the last 5-10 floors, meaning you skip dead ends and ignore certain monsters. For those after the "low floors", do medium and kill everything and open every door. Low floors can be considered everything below the top 5-10 floors. This of course depends on how many you've unlocked. The idea here is to get through as many of the low dungeons as you can as quickly as possible and then max out your xp on the deeper dungeons, as they naturally offer more xp.
