jammy316
Well, for some odd reason my PC is now making me log in, so I changed the screen to the click the account. The only thing is, the only account is mine so its not needed, I've got through the control panel and to user accounts and I can't find where to disable the log-in screens. I'm on Windows XP SP2. Edit! do I just de-select any options?
Sharper
Is this Welcome screen option off?

Don't just auto-login into an account with admin privileges, that's a potential security risk. There's a registry key for this if you still want it, google around for it.
