However I have mostly soloed and then I remembered that if you are over 90cb your exp gets halved or something as stupid as that? Is this still the case and is there a way to go around it like dungeoneer with level 3's to lower your average combat level? You're right about what you said, but you're better off just finding some F2P friends to dungeoneer with during that time.
