August 1, 201015 yr I'm currently 90 attack and strength with 99 defence, and 90k from 96 hp. I want to get 99 hp, but I also want to stay 90 attack and strength. I have sufficient funds to chin it (which would also get me 99 range) but I'm not very good at chinning and I'd like to keep my money.So I'd like to know what are the fastest ways to get hp exp, preferably without soul wars or pest control, or if someone can give me some hints on how to chin well and save money.
