Im thinking slayer to 85, but how long do you think it will take to gain the level of 85 slayer.

Depends how much you slay, how much you play per day, whether you powertrain or not, and what tasks you seem to get (Luck etc). You have to be a bit more specific with your methods before we can help.

Methods like how?

I play maybe 3-4 hours a day depending on how my day is. If I do do slayer I will powertrain it until i logout. not really sure what else to add

Really, it depends on how efficiently you slay. Not just the methods you use (cannoning, potions, familiars, blocked tasks, specs, healing, etc.) but how attentive you are, how much practice you have, and luck. Xp/hr rates differ fairly widely based on all sorts of those factors that can be difficult or impractical to quantify. So...it'll take a while. I dunno. Does it even matter? Just keep slaying until you get 85. *shrug*

Idk, I'd start estimating at around 2 months? It's been a loooong time since I was pre-85 slayer.
