After i gain one herblore level and defeat bork I will be able to start While Guthix Sleeps. But, what I need to know is if I will be able to kill the balenced elemental and the two tormented demons at the end with my combat stats.

Your stats get boosted to 225 anyway so it'll be easy.

The boosted stats are just for the tormented demons, though. You still have to worry about the balance elemental, so bring good gear and work on prayer switching.

 

Also, you can boost for the required herblore level with a greenman's ale.
