Other than straight up Armadyl boss hunting, aviansies are pretty high up there for ranged money.

 

Just have a look in the AoW for random guides. For the most part they won't give you a set up you're 100% comfortable with, so just adjust it to taste.

Aviansies are probably the best compromise between exp, money, and spot availability for you.

 

Getting 60 slayer to cannon spectres might be an interesting option too.

Look for Bladewing's guide to chinning nechs. Good exp and a little profit. Aviansies are better if all you're looking for is money, though.
