August 8, 201015 yr Hey guys, Does any one on here listen to Frost*? Have you even heard of them? They've released 2 albums, which have both been incredible. I prefer their debut over their second album, mainly due to the title track, a 26 and a half minute epic song, thats very well put together, as well as the song Black Light Machine, which is just over 10 mins long. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPlqVwjDfUw The founder of the band is a guy called Jem Godfrey, who has written a great number of songs and written with a lot of famous pop artists. They play progressive rock style music, which I adore, and I think their a pretty exciting band, especially after having seen them live. I've just finished listening to both albums, and thought I'd try and share their music around. Peace. -Destroy Topham-
August 8, 201015 yr They come up under Genius for Oceansize on iTunes. I listened to them once, they were alright, but I was never really into prog.
August 9, 201015 yr His voice sounds like he should be singing contemporary christian music or something. This is awful. "He could climb to it, if he climbed alone, and once there he could suck on the pap of life, gulp down the incomparable milk of wonder."
August 9, 201015 yr That middle guitar solo/instrumental bit was cool. The parts that sound like the first minute or so, not so much. May have to check out other songs. I painted some stuff and put it on tumblr

August 9, 201015 yr Author I'll admit I'm not too much a fan of the lyrics or vocals either, however I do think the music is brilliant.I like that track specifically for the guitar solos and the music. -Destroy Topham-

Yeah, the instrumental parts were really cool, but I didn't like the singing and lyrics.I didn't understand any of the lyrics, personally. Not really something I pay attention to the first time I hear a song. I painted some stuff and put it on tumblr
August 9, 201015 yr Oddly enough, the vocals were my favorite part. The instrumental part, while it was nice, did nothing for me. It didn't sound special at all.
