What to spend lamps/peng points on

I'm set for 93 runecrafting, so I can get 99 easily off effigies. So that's out of the question.

I've already got 99 farming/herblore/summoning so those are also out

 

I'm primarily considering the following:

Slayer - Technically the slowest, and i'm already close to max melee. And i plan to max range/mage elsewhere. But then again slayer does get me effigies...

Agility - Supposedly 100k xp/hour with a barbarian horn at my level, but a rather active skill

Fishing - only 40-50k xp/hour @ rocktails, or 70k xp if power fly fishing

Mining - ~55k xp/hour? But I can superheat for smithing + magic xp on the side. Granted I'm close to max magic, and smithing can just be effigy assisted.

 

Fishing is actually the most tempting for me right now, but im all ears.

Looks like you nailed it on the head least as far as Im concerned agility and fishing being really slow. I would kind of lean towards agility though because at least fishing is more afkable.

I'd go with mining, as slow as fishing and rocktails make you more money.
