All_Is_Great
For the past couple of weeks, firefox has been crashing ALOT. Sometimes, it's when I open it just for a second, and others, it's when I open up a page. Most times, I have to open it several times to get to it work for a while without crashing. Also, this has also been happening to my other apps, albeit less often (although that might be because I use them less). In addition, sometimes a popup comes up on the taskbar, something about DEP? I can't remember what letters, but I'll add info when I see it again. As well as firefox, sometimes I get "Windows Explorer has stopped working", then "Windows is restarting", and everything disappears except my background. This is really frustrating as you can probably see, but I have no idea what's wrong. I've ran several scans with Malwarebytes, but nothing has been found. All_Is_Great
Well, it's going on with more than just firefox, so I don't think uninstalling and reinstalling will help. But I will try the chkdsk thing you speak of.
