Hey guys. just so you have a background story i have about a budget of maybe.. 20m i can spend on this. its always been a goal iv wanted and now that im back into runescape id love to get it. so.. what is the best way? :)

Superheating, alching, stunning, fire waving metals.

Fire waving then fire surging metals is the best FUN Way. You do get decent/good drops to recoupe some of the losses and if you get a visage well thats a 'few' million to invest in some more magic training. I've done 70-98 magic (99 this weekend probably) as i tend to jump around fromt asks.

 

Ice bursting all be it expensive is very fast exp (magic and hp) and u get a ton of charms.

A combination of this and plank make just so you don't get bored

Could you explain how plank making works? I know it is on the lunar spellbook. but do you know how much im likely too lose? and what logs i should be using?

I used teak for some levels, then mahogany cause the price changes.

So you just use the spell on the log and you get a plank which is pretty simple. Try selling the plank when it it rising ofc.

You might lose a little over 20m so you have to combine methods

Like Knight_Zaros said, maging metals is a great way to pass the levels away. You get decent magic xp, chance at good drops, and throw in a few HP levels too.
