I'm a pretty big fan of Lennon, and I just heard its been 25 years since he was murdered.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Im only 15 years old, and he is an amazing person by my standards, and a person to look up to for influence.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was just wondering if anyone else here had something to say about him?

yeah hes a poet.. he had his own point of view on the world. just look how he thinked.

in my opinion he was one of the greatest song writers... pretty good vocals... awesome musician. RIP John... i hope your music lives forever.

Love The Beatles, loved Lennon as a solo artist, probably one of my favourite songs of his is "Working Class Hero".

You're a day too early. Tomorrow it is exactly 25 years ago that he was shot. It's the day he was shot he also was exacly in music for 25 years, I believe.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Anyway, I wanted to make this topic in music and movies. Too late, I guess.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I don't think he is that great as a person on itself. The messages he spread and influence on the music world is something to look up for though.

I think his music was incredible, and i always felt that he was the real talent behind the Beatles (not to discredit any of the others, but he was simply exceptional). Some of his attitudes got slightly strange when he met Yoko, but he remained a brilliant musician, songwriter, and spokesman for a generation until the day that crazed loon pulled the trigger on him.
