In my Clan's Forums, we have a toolbar on every post that says "Back to the top of the Page" is it possible if we can have it on Tip It?, I don't like scrolling up/clicking the sidebar to the top of the page just to click "View New Content"

I know this isn't what you asked for but if you press the Home key on your keyboard, it will bring you back to the top of the page (and the End key will bring you do the bottom).
