This is getting spammy and filling my conversations inbox... There should be a way to stop receiving these messages in my opinion.

The bottom portion of the page contains a large amount of check boxes. Simply uncheck (or check) whatever "events" you want to be notified of.

 

Be sure to hit the "Save Changes" button once you're through.
