Is the SOL capable of autocasting either slayer dart or claws of guthix?

It can auto-cast slayer dart but only Guthix staff and Void mace can auto cast CoG

You need to wield the specific staff to cast god magics(sara, zammy, guthix or iban) so no, you can't wear a SoL to cast those spells, nor to autocast.
