Just done the quest and I know that prettymuch everything is easy to level from the start. But where is the fastest to get this skill going, I have all the pouches, shards, charms and secondary items that i need. Im looking for the most efficient way!

dueling ring to castle wars->normal log for balloon ride to taverly->obelisk under pikkupstiks->repeat

 

That's the fastest way I know. Maybe there is something else I may have missed though.

A spirit kyatt+duelling rings is the fastest way to dump charms, once you can actually summon a kyatt.

its not fast till 57, once you get 57 you can burn through 2,2k charms an hour if you are good and paying attention, using a kyatt and duel rings.

 

however getting 57 you could move your house to taverly, tele house, run to pikupstix, use charms duel ring tele, rinse and repeat

Wouldn't this option be nearly as good as using the Ring of Duelling option:

 

Teleport to house => run to obelisk => teleport to Mobilising Armies to re-supply rinse and repeat
