Some good ways are... -Casting Plank Make-Stunning-Humidify-Bursting monsters (monkeys, rock lobsters, etc)-Stringing jewllery The best places for strength training are yaks or armoured zombies. You can use regular void + ss (+82 attack, + 82 strength) or deflector void + barrows gloves + dragon scimitar (+79 attack, +78 strength, +36 ranged/melee defence) or rapier + deflector void +(106 attack, +113 strength, +36 melee/range defence) or rapier + defender + regular void (+114 attack, +106 strength). Pray piety/turmoil, protect melee, bring a bunyip or two and recharge prayer at the altar above. Use potions, of course.
