Could you be more specific about the problem you're experiencing? Also, what web-browser are you using?

im useing internet explorer for my web browser. and the problem is ummmm let me think on how to explain this cuz im not real good at explaining things...ok say what i have below is the calc as i see it. i put in my herb lvl then i pick say magic potion then i uncheck the weak and strong so only medium is selected and when that is done the

"tip me" button wont light up so i cant click it and get the results. so to me its not working and isnt doing any thing. i mean it may be the broswer that im using or something i dont know just wanted to let you know that i myself cant use this calc, and i dont know if there are other people that can or cant. so yea thats the problem i fill everything out and i cant click "tip me" to get the results.

You can post a picture by uploading it to a free image hosting site (such as ImageShack) and then linking to it here.

Anyway, your description is clear enough, I understand what the problem is. The "Tip Me!" button should become active as soon as you select a potion, but this is clearly not happening.

Strangely enough, the calculator works fine for me, using Internet Explorer 8. Perhaps you're using an older version of Internet Explorer; you can check your version by going to Help, then clicking About. If you're using an older version, please consider upgrading to version 8.

I tried installing an older version of Internet Explorer, but the installer simply states that I have a more recent version and refuses to install anything, so I can't test anything yet. I'm now horsing around with some virtual PC stuff, but they're quite big downloads so sorting it might take a bit.

Regardless, if IE8 will not install on your PC, you should consider trying out another web browser such as Firefox or Chrome. As far as I know, IE7 no longer receives security updates from Microsoft so you're basically wide open to any recent security holes.

Edit: I just finished installing the VPC image. Turns out that IE7 doesn't support a particular way of showing content (namely style='display:table-row') which is what causes things to break down. However changing this around will cause pretty severe display glitches in Firefox and Chrome, so it's a bit of a lose-lose situation unfortunately :(
