At the barrows guide: http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=barrows_guide.htm#credits just above the credits, there is a max hit table which uses HP instead of Constitution. So all those values need to be multiplied by 10.

The values look correct to me. Mind that this is about the maximum hit of the monsters, not the player.
