No, there isn't a deposit box in the mining guild. You might be thinking of the Living Rock Caverns, which are deep inside the Dwarven Mings, containing not only a deposit box, but Concentrated Gold and Coal. C Gold and coal requires 80 and 77 mining respectively. You can read more about the Living Rock Caverns here. 2. They're called resource dungeons. You can find out more about them here. That door in particular holds 7 Mithril, 4 Adamantite and 3 Runite mining spots and requires 45 dungeoneering to open. It's one of the few runite ore spots in f2p non-wilderness.
