It's a random image script.. there are various ones out there. All or most at least are coded using php. Basically it shows a random image out of a set on each load.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Others will know better than me where the current good place to get one would be.

If you dont really know what you are doing then Uzzisoft is for you. Everything is remotely hosted.
