Should I wear melee armour and prot from magic or wear black d'hide and prot from range?

When I did it, I wore Black Dragonhide and pro'ed from Ranged. I didn't bother damaging her with melee either, couldn't be bothered to switch weapons. Just stay on Ranged Weapon and switch to auto-cast spells when needed.

 

Looking at your stats too, you'll probably have no problem with it :thumbup:

I remember the Dag Mother iin Blood Runs Deep switches attack styles like tormented demons. Meaning you can protect from one attack style for a while, and when she changes, you can switch to protecting from that for a while.
