RS wiki doesn't say so, but I don't trust it to be up to date, as every other dragon drops effigies, and brutal greens aren't commonly hunted.

 

I don't mind finding out for myself eventually, but if anybody knows off the top of their head, that'd be nice. <3

 

also does anybody know any good black dragon logs?

i found a few, but a lot of them date back to before the release of effigies, and they don't cover them.

I'm curious as to whether or not they drop effigies more commonly than frosts, as their combat level is indeed higher.

and due to their melee combat range nature, they're much easier to lure, directly ontop of the cannon, potentially enabling kill rates superior to frost dragons.

Coupled with a better drop rate *could* make them a broken training method if you find an empty world.

Tip.it monster database doesnt have effigies listed on the brutal's drops either, but you may be right about it being so uncommonly hunted/trained on that no one has reported any.
